B.J. eventually finds Set Roth, who agrees to help if B.J. can retrieve a Da'at Yichud battery to power a device that can control the camp's massive security robot, Herr Faust. The mission to find the battery is fraught with danger, leading B.J. through restricted areas and ultimately into the clutches of "The Knife." B.J. narrowly escapes being incinerated but is captured again by Engel. Recognizing him, she orders the execution of B.J., Set, and others. However, B.J. passes the battery to Set just in time. Set activates his remote, hijacking Herr Faust, which then turns on Engel and Bubi, severely disfiguring Engel and fueling her intense hatred for B.J. Using the powerful Herr Faust, B.J. and Set battle their way out of the camp, confronting Nazi forces and the dangerous Rocket Troopers. They liberate surviving inmates and escape in a truck, leaving a scarred and vengeful Engel vowing retribution. The chapter successfully introduces a key ally and provides crucial technology while highlighting the Nazi regime's atrocities and setting the stage for a future conflict with Engel.
