Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, a spin-off from the beloved Borderlands series, plunges players into a chaotic, fantasy-themed tabletop RPG campaign known as "Bunkers & Badasses." Orchestrated by the eccentric Tiny Tina, the game blends the franchise's signature humor and first-person shooter mechanics with a fresh coat of fantasy elements, including spells and melee combat, all presented in a vibrant, cel-shaded art style. Chapter 3, "A Hard Day's Knight," kicks off right after the successful defense of Brighthoof. Queen Butt Stallion, in all her majestic glory, tasks the player with retrieving the legendary Sword of Souls, the only weapon capable of truly defeating the Dragon Lord. This quest leads to Shattergrave Barrow, a grim, skeleton-infested graveyard. Here, the player faces Zomboss, an undead antagonist who acts as a recurring boss, taunting and reappearing throughout the chapter. As the player navigates the barrow, battling skeletal hordes and Zomboss multiple times, they also discover a Dark Magic spell, introducing the intriguing health-stealing mechanic. Queen Butt Stallion aids the player by helping clear enemies around a ruin, guiding them to find the Tome of Fate. After a brief detour to defeat a Mimic disguised as a chest, the Tome is secured. Reciting the "Fatemaker's Creed" from the tome opens a hidden passage to the final confrontation with Zomboss. Her ultimate defeat allows access to the Sword of Souls, which then dispatches Zomboss's lingering spirit permanently. A quick portal ride back to Brighthoof ensues, where the Sword of Souls is used to magically repair the city, much to the delight of its citizens. Following a tour of Brighthoof's amenities with Izzy, a knightly ceremony is interrupted by the shocking arrival of the Dragon Lord, who beheads Queen Butt Stallion and leaves the player in a state of stunned disbelief, marking a dramatic cliffhanger for the chapter.
