Inside Concordia, you’ll meet Nurse Nina, who gives you a bit of a painful but necessary decontamination, highlighting the importance of managing your health. Afterwards, a visit to the Up Over Bar puts you face-to-face with Roland and Lilith, dropping hints about Dahl’s growing threat. Moxxi, the bar's owner, becomes a key player here, explaining that Moonstones, the game's currency, are needed for the transmitters to fix the communication towers. You’ll then be tasked with retrieving these Moonstones from the bank, which is guarded in a typically quirky fashion, reinforcing the Claptraps' peculiar economic control. The main mission involves placing transmitters on ECHO towers scattered across Concordia, a task that seamlessly blends platforming challenges with combat against pesky turrets, requiring you to really get creative with your character's abilities and the environment. The chapter wraps up with a humorous twist: the Meriff locks down the city, forcing you back to Moxxi for a secret exit, cementing her role as a vital ally. "Systems Jammed" is a perfect encapsulation of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, blending engaging gameplay, witty dialogue, and a narrative that moves the story forward with plenty of laughs and action.
