This endeavor discourages vehicular travel, as summoning a vehicle causes the capsule to despawn, thus forcing players to engage with the world on foot and immerse themselves in its environments. Successfully delivering a capsule grants a cache of randomized loot, ranging from various rarities of gear to cash. Crucially, each capsule also bestows 15 SDU Tokens, essential for increasing inventory space and ammo capacity, a cornerstone of the Borderlands experience. The in-game map offers a helpful filter to pinpoint the locations of these Lost Capsules across regions like The Fadefields, The Howl, Idolator's Noose, and the Ruined Sumplands, encouraging a focused pursuit for completionists and adding another compelling reason to delve deeper into the vibrant and dangerous world of Kairos.
