Voraxis awaits at the end of Timid Kyle's Neglected Opening, a treacherous mine on a lake's southern bank. This titanic foe tests a Vault Hunter's reflexes with devastating melee lunges, powerful bites, and jaw swipes. Maintaining distance is key, as is exploiting moments when Voraxis tunnels and emerges from the ground, exposing vulnerable body parts for critical hits, especially its eyes. Regular Threshers will spawn to assist, and it's wise to leave at least one alive at low health for a potential Second Wind. Voraxis also hurls molten boulders that explode on impact, demanding constant mobility. Given its flesh health bar, incendiary weapons are particularly effective. Defeating Voraxis yields legendary gear like the "Darkbeast" SMG, the "Potato Thrower IV" assault rifle, and the "Buoy" grenade mod, along with the "Parley" legendary SMG effect.
