Players embark on a quest to thwart the malevolent Dragon Lord, guided by Tina's eccentric narration and a cast of colorful characters. Chapter 3, "A Hard Day's Knight," kicks off with the player being summoned to Queen Butt Stallion, who tasks them with retrieving the legendary Sword of Souls, the only weapon capable of defeating the Dragon Lord. This quest leads to the eerie Shattergrave Barrow, a crypt filled with undead enemies. Here, the player faces Zomboss, a recurring boss who relentlessly attempts to stop their progress. The journey through the barrow involves clearing skeletal hordes, discovering a potent Dark Magic spell that introduces life-stealing mechanics, and overcoming Zomboss multiple times. With the help of Queen Butt Stallion, the player finds the Tome of Fate, leading to a hidden chamber after defeating a Mimic. Inside, reciting the "Fatemaker's Creed" opens the way to a final showdown with Zomboss. After her ultimate defeat, the Sword of Souls is acquired, and a portal swiftly returns the player to Brighthoof. The sword's power revitalizes the city, extinguishing the fires from the previous attack. Following a tour of the restored Brighthoof and a chance to upgrade equipment, a knighting ceremony is interrupted by the Dragon Lord, who dramatically beheads Queen Butt Stallion before disappearing, leaving the Wonderlands in turmoil and ending the chapter on a cliffhanger, while also unlocking the player's first ring slot.
