Their path leads them to an outpost heavily defended by the cult. To progress, the player must infiltrate the outpost, eliminate the enemies, and lower the drawbridge by destroying two counter-weights. Once inside, Hammerlock insists on analyzing Wendigo dung to understand its diet, prompting the player to find and examine additional piles. With this bizarre research complete, Hammerlock provides a paralytic agent. The next step is preparing bait: hunting a Prime Wolven for its meat and then heading to a Mixing Factory to combine specific colored mixtures to create a potent brew. After a brief interlude assisting Claptrap, the player reunites with Hammerlock. Together, they proceed towards the Wendigo's lair, fighting through enemies and obstacles. Upon reaching the lair, the trap is set, and the boss fight against the Wendigo begins. Defeating the creature yields trophies, and the mission concludes after returning to Eista's camp, defending it from attackers, and using the trophies to open a gate to the next area, seamlessly transitioning into the subsequent mission.
