Upon locating Sandra, V must stabilize her health using an AirHypo after discovering her in a bathtub, packed in ice with a deceased man. After freeing her, they escape to a balcony to await the arrival of Trauma Team, who will extract Sandra. The quest concludes with an ambush by scavengers during the drive back, adding an unexpected twist before V returns to their apartment.
