WORLD 1-2 - Watch Out Below! | Yoshi's Island | Walkthrough, Gameplay, No Commentary, SNES

I recently played through WORLD 1-2 - Watch Out Below! in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and I have to say, I was not impressed. This level felt like a step back from the previous levels in terms of difficulty and overall design. First of all, the level layout was quite basic and lacked any real challenge. It felt like I was just going through the motions, jumping over obstacles and collecting coins without any real thought or strategy. The enemies were also quite easy to defeat, with no real threat or unique abilities. One of the most frustrating aspects of this level was the abundance of bottomless pits. It seemed like every few steps, there was a pit that I had to carefully jump over or risk falling to my death. This made the level feel tedious and repetitive, as I had to constantly watch my step and couldn't fully enjoy the gameplay. Additionally, the music and visuals in this level were nothing special. They were just the same generic backgrounds and music that I had already seen in previous levels. It would have been nice to see some new and creative elements added to spice things up. Overall, I was disappointed with this level in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It lacked the creativity and challenge that I have come to expect from the series.
