Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action RPG set in the 1800s wizarding world. Players create their own fifth-year student and explore Hogwarts, attend classes, cast spells, brew potions, and encounter fantastic beasts. A key aspect of the game is duelling, which is prominently featured in the Crossed Wands side quest line. Crossed Wands: Round 3 is the culmination of a series of duels held within a secret duelling club at Hogwarts, led by Lucan Brattleby. After progressing through Rounds 1 and 2, the player receives an invitation via Owl Post for this final challenge. The objective is to defeat a gauntlet of four opponents: Leander Prewett, Nellie Oggspire, Charlotte Morrison, and Eric Northcott. This is significantly harder than previous rounds, requiring strategic spellcasting and skillful dodging. The key to victory lies in effectively breaking enemy shields by matching spell colors, utilizing Protego to defend against incoming attacks, and stunning opponents with Stupefy. Mastering spell combinations is essential. Successfully completing Round 3 earns the player experience points and, most importantly, the Crossed Wands Champion Garb, a testament to their duelling prowess.
