Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world action RPG set in the wizarding world of the 1800s. Players create their own character and attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, learning spells, brewing potions, and exploring the vast open world. Madam Kogawa's Assignment 2 is a side quest obtained after completing her first assignment. Madam Kogawa tasks the player with flying their broom around specific locations to practice aerial maneuvers. The player must fly near the Spires, located in the mountains southwest of Hogwarts, and near Keenbridge Tower, which lies along the water south of Hogwarts. At each location, the player needs to pop five balloons by flying through them. Once all ten balloons are popped, the player must return to Madam Kogawa to report their success. As a reward for completing the assignment, Madam Kogawa teaches the player the Arresto Momentum spell, which slows down enemies.
