Moon tasks the player with collecting the moons from these statues, claiming this will make them disappear and, in turn, he will teach the player additional techniques with Alohomora if they bring him more moons. The quest involves meeting Moon, learning the Alohomora spell for unlocking doors, and sneaking around Hogwarts at night using Disillusionment to avoid prefects and retrieve moons from statues in locations like the Prefects' Bathroom and the Hospital Wing. It highlights Moon's somewhat paranoid nature and introduces the player to a series of side quests involving collecting more Demiguise moons for Alohomora upgrades, which also helps to unlock stronger forms of Alohomora if you assist him, the quest concludes.
