Hogwarts Legacy immerses players in a magical open-world action RPG set in the 1800s wizarding world. As a fifth-year student, you uncover a hidden talent for ancient magic and face a growing goblin rebellion led by Ranrok. One of the game's main quests is "Back on the Path." In "Back on the Path," the player returns to the Map Chamber to confer with Professor Fig and the portrait of Charles Rookwood after the events of "The High Keep" and "Astronomy Class." This quest serves as a brief interlude, focusing on plot progression rather than gameplay challenges. The player informs Fig about their dealings with Lodgok, a goblin who may hold vital information about Ranrok's plans. Charles Rookwood reveals goblin activity near Rookwood Castle, his former residence and the location of the next trial.
