EPISODE 12: IT WON'T FLY! (Short 2), TMNT Shredder's Revenge

I recently played EPISODE 12: IT WON'T FLY! (Short 2) in TMNT: Shredder's Revenge video game and I have to say, it was a bit disappointing. As a fan of both the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise and classic beat 'em up games, I had high hopes for this game. However, this particular episode fell short for me. First off, the gameplay felt repetitive and lacked variety. The enemies were all too similar and the combat mechanics were not as fluid as I had hoped. It felt like I was just mashing buttons rather than strategically taking down enemies. Additionally, the level design was lackluster and didn't offer any new challenges or surprises. The graphics and sound were also underwhelming. While the pixelated art style is a nod to the classic TMNT games, it didn't have the same charm and attention to detail. The soundtrack was also forgettable and didn't add much to the overall experience. Furthermore, the story in this episode was weak and didn't have much substance. It felt like a filler episode rather than a significant part of the game's narrative. The dialogue was also cheesy and didn't capture the humor and wit of the TMNT franchise. Overall, EPISODE 12: IT WON'T FLY! (Short 2) was a letdown in an otherwise fun and nostalgic game. I hope future episodes will bring more excitement and depth to the gameplay and story. Despite this disappointment, I still enjoy playing TMNT: Shredder's Revenge and appreciate the effort put into reviving this classic franchise. I would recommend this game to other fans of the TMNT series, but with the caveat that not all episodes may live up to expectations.
