Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a turn-based RPG set in Belle Époque France, where players lead Expedition 33 to destroy the Paintress and end her annual "Gommage" that erases people. Its combat blends turn-based strategy with real-time dodges and parries. Dominique Giant Feet is a boss encountered in two distinct arenas. The initial fight in Gestral Village is simple, featuring slow, easily parried attacks. However, his true challenge lies in the optional Hidden Gestral Arena. Here, in a solo duel, Dominique unleashes powerful, albeit slow, arm-based slams. Players must patiently learn his attack patterns, utilizing camera cues (the downward shift to the wooden floor) to time dodges and parries effectively. Victory yields the "Protecting Last Stand Pictos," a valuable item for solo combat, providing health, defense, and a "Shell" buff to prepare for the arena's final, toughest opponent.
