You'll face both human bandits, often using firearms, and the melee-focused Bullymongs. Strategically, it's important to prioritize threats and use the environment for cover. Once the immediate area is secure, you meet Sir Hammerlock, a sophisticated hunter who will become a key ally. You give him Claptrap's eye for repairs, and after a brief wait filled with Claptrap's commentary, power is restored to the town. Completing "Cleaning Up the Berg" grants experience, cash, and a shield, providing essential early game progression.
