Their followers, often called "the family," are deeply brainwashed, calling Vault Hunters "heretics" and engaging in dark rituals to elevate their leaders’ power. Throughout the game, players confront the Children of the Vault in various missions, battling hordes of fanatical followers, mutants, and propaganda enforcers. The faction embodies chaos, fanaticism, and the destructive potential of blind devotion, serving as a satirical mirror to social media obsession and cult-like fanaticism.
