Successfully retrieving the Helm of Urtkot marks a significant achievement in the quest, culminating in a return to Lodgok, who expresses his gratitude. This quest not only deepens the lore surrounding goblin history but also sets the stage for potential future conflicts, particularly with the character Ranrok.
