Within its text, Sven, masquerading as Faendal, cunningly exploits the prevailing racial tensions and political anxieties of Tamriel. The letter subtly accuses Faendal of xenophobia and adherence to the Aldmeri Dominion, aiming to paint him as a racist and politically hostile figure in the eyes of Camilla, whose Imperial heritage is implicitly denigrated.
