Angler (Short 1), World of Goo 2

World of Goo 2 is a physics puzzle game where players build structures with different goo balls to reach an exit pipe. The Angler level appears at the end of Chapter 1. This level introduces Firework Goo, which are dark purple and explode like fireworks. Though possibly intended for other uses, they serve a visual role here. Chain Goo also features, functioning similarly to Ivy Goo but grey and able to detach and climb. Completing Angler culminates in a cutscene revealing the chapter's landmass is on a giant squid's back, which breathes fire, a flash observed 100,000 years later by The Distant Observer, a key narrative figure.
