This zombie is faster and can jump over your first line of defense, which is tricky! To beat him, you need to be smart. You can use a Wall-nut to make him jump, so he loses his pole and becomes easier to attack. Or, you can plant a Potato Mine, which is a powerful surprise if it's ready. Even with the new zombie, it's still important to have lots of Sunflowers for sun and Peashooters to do damage. You'll want to put your Wall-nuts in front of your Peashooters to help deal with the Pole Vaulters. When you win Day Level 6, you get a new plant called the Snow Pea. This is a great plant because its peas not only hurt zombies but also slow them down. This helps a lot with all the zombies you'll face later.
