The final boss fight pits Ratchet and Rivet against Emperor Nefarious in a multi-stage battle. Initially, the heroes confront the Emperor piloting a massive Power Suit alongside Dr. Nefarious. After destroying the suit's heart, the battle shifts as Rivet directly confronts Emperor Nefarious.
