The key to defeating Murray lies in dodging the Man o' Wars he spits out and spin attacking the pink bulbs that appear on his tail. These bulbs are vulnerable points, and striking them causes Murray significant pain, forcing him to retreat temporarily. After hitting him twice on the tail, Murray will charge at the player, mouth agape, revealing one final pink bulb inside his mouth. Hitting the pink bulb awards the player a hidden cage and rescues the final king of the Land. Surviving this encounter demands constant movement and precise timing, as excessive spin attacks can lead to accidental collisions with enemies or Murray himself.
