Chapter 5, "HELL'S PASS," serves as the game's climactic finale. This chapter sees the reunited friends storming Hell's Pass Hospital, now a fortress of filth controlled by a vengeful Mr. Hankey. Driven by being "canceled" for offensive tweets, Hankey transforms the hospital into his "Magic Castle," infesting it with dark matter and his fecal-themed minions. The mission involves battling through these defenses, collecting resources, and ultimately confronting Hankey's monstrous "Scheisse-Hulud" form with toilet paper cannons in a hilarious, Dune-inspired boss fight. The chapter concludes with a lesson on forgiveness and a classic South Park ironic twist, as the kids get another snow day.
