South Park: Snow Day! is a cooperative action-adventure game with roguelike elements where players, as the "New Kid," join Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny in a snow-covered South Park. The town's school cancellation sparks an epic game of make-believe, turning into a war between kid factions. Chapter 4, "SOUTH PARK BACKYARDS," sees the crucial alliance between humans and elves forming to combat the blizzard's source, Mr. Hankey. This chapter dramatically escalates the conflict with a betrayal from Eric Cartman, who, empowered by dark magic, aims to prolong the snow day. Players must battle through treacherous, snow-filled backyards, facing empowered adults driven mad by magic, assassins, necromancers, and "Sh*t Slingers." The chapter culminates in a challenging, multi-phase boss fight against Grand Wizard Cartman and his Bulrog. Upon Cartman's defeat and subsequent justification, he rejoins the player's party, setting up the final confrontation.
