Players lead a clandestine organization fighting against the Banished Court for control of a reality-altering mystical site. The game features real-time stealth infiltration followed by grid-based tactical combat, with a focus on unique characters and strategic world management. "Trial Run" is the first major mission in The Lamplighters League, serving as a critical introductory experience. After a prologue, players take control of their starting agents to sabotage a House Marteau facility. This mission seamlessly introduces the core gameplay loop: utilizing real-time stealth for reconnaissance and takedowns, then transitioning into turn-based combat.
