Chapter 4 - Eisenwald Prison | Wolfenstein: The New Order | Walkthrough, No Commentary, 4K

Wolfenstein: The New Order

Description

Wolfenstein: The New Order is a first-person shooter that revitalizes the classic series, set in a chilling alternate reality where the Nazis won World War II. Players control B.J. Blazkowicz, an American soldier who awakens from a coma in 1960 to find the world under Nazi rule. The game blends intense combat with stealth options and a branching narrative path influenced by a key decision made early on. Chapter Four, "Eisenwald Prison," is a pivotal mission where B.J. infiltrates a brutal Nazi prison in Berlin to rescue captured resistance fighters. The chapter opens with B.J. and Anya in the imposing, Nazi-dominated capital, preparing to enter the infamous Eisenwald Prison, known for its sadism and impenetrable security. The plan involves gaining access via a prison transport, requiring B.J. to first infiltrate the adjacent Secret Police Headquarters. Inside the headquarters, B.J. acquires the essential Laser Cutter, a tool vital for his escape and future gameplay. Navigating the heavily guarded facility, he makes his way onto the transport. The journey takes him directly into the heart of Eisenwald Prison. Once inside, B.J. must find a way onto the prison roof to locate the target cell block, Zellenblock B-2. Reaching the cell block, B.J. discovers the resistance members, including either Fergus or Wyatt, the comrade he saved in the prologue, chained to a wall. Using the Laser Cutter, he frees them. This reunion triggers the chaotic escape sequence. Depending on the timeline, either Fergus or Wyatt helps incite a prison riot, leading to a large-scale firefight against overwhelming Nazi forces, including the formidable Panzerhunds. The escape involves navigating through the prison yard and motor pool, eventually stealing a car and crashing through a window to freedom. The chapter concludes with B.J., Anya, and their rescued ally escaping into the Berlin sewers, setting the stage for their connection with the wider resistance movement. Eisenwald Prison serves as a stark illustration of Nazi brutality and a crucial step in re-establishing the resistance.
