The 2003 *Futurama* video game, a "lost episode" developed with the original cast and creators, allows players to step into the shoes of Fry, Bender, and Leela. The third level, "Subway," plunges players into the grimy underbelly of New New York. As Fry, players navigate dimly lit, derelict tunnels and platforms, engaging in third-person shooting against Hazmat enemies. The level beautifully captures the show's cel-shaded aesthetic and urban decay with its muted color palette. Platforming challenges and the collection of cash and Nibblers add depth to the experience.
