Going Rogue - Explore Rogue's base | Borderlands 3 | As Moze, Walkthrough, No Commentary

Borderlands 3

Description

Borderlands 3 is a first-person shooter looter-shooter game with distinctive cel-shaded graphics and a heavy emphasis on collecting vast amounts of procedurally generated weapons. Players take on the role of a Vault Hunter, a character class with unique abilities, embarking on a quest across various planets to stop the villainous Calypso Twins. The game features a blend of shooting mechanics, RPG elements, and a healthy dose of irreverent humor. The mission "Going Rogue" in Borderlands 3 takes the player to the swampy planet of Eden-6 in pursuit of another Vault Key fragment. The mission is initiated by Clay, a former smuggler, who directs the player to track down a missing smuggling crew known as the Rogues. The player is given a special pistol, the Rogue-Sight, which reveals hidden marks in the environment when aimed down sights. These marks often uncover mission objectives or loot. The quest leads the Vault Hunter to the Rogues' base of operations in the Ambermire. Navigating the treacherous swamp, the player locates the hidden entrance to the base, Rogue's Hollow, revealed by shooting a Rogue-Sight mark. Inside, the base appears abandoned and in disarray. Restoring emergency power and inspecting various bodies eventually leads to the discovery of an ID, believed to be that of the Rogue leader, Archimedes. This ID is used to activate a loot tracker that points to the locations of other members of Clay's network. The player then ventures out to find these agents, utilizing the Rogue-Sight to locate their IDs. This involves protecting Agent Dee, finding Agent Quietfoot's ID in a trap-ridden hideout, and securing an area for Agent Domino at the docks. With all three IDs collected, the player returns to Rogue's Hollow to use the central console again, which activates a holographic tracker leading to an elevator. This elevator takes the player to Highground Folly, where the traitor is revealed to be Archimedes, who had faked his death and joined the Children of the Vault. A boss fight ensues against the Anointed Archimedes. Upon defeating him, the Vault Key fragment is recovered from his remains, and the mission concludes with the delivery of the fragment to Tannis back on Sanctuary. "Going Rogue" serves to advance the main storyline and provides a significant amount of experience and loot.
